I used to make 5 dozen at a time, long ago in Iowa. Had to use the entire kitchen table to roll them out and room for the racks for cooling. BUT I always used a fantastic flour mixture that the Amish and Mennonite women would get at their community store. I'd buy the bag of mix for about $5. Add water, mix, stir. Waited for 1st rise then rolled out, spread with butter and cinnamon sugar for the 2nd rise. Seriously, 5 dozen, I was insane. Would you mind sharing your recipe?
