Ok I’ll play…
Let’s say for argument’s sake that the governments of the developed western nation’s knew the sun was setting on the reign of the USD as world reserve currency and in their wisdom they concocted “plan B”…an anonymous open source store of value and potential currency that was absolutely finite and beyond corruption….it’s really not that far fetched🤔
…and let’s say that the reason they did this was to prevent the new and rising economic power(s) from devaluing a new fiat currency and doing to their (the western powers’) nations what they’ve done to those nations for the last 50 years…indentured slavery via a currency that has virtually $0 marginal cost of production
Would that make the intrinsic value of a finite and incorruptible asset less???🤔
Would you be more likely to sell it when price (likely being manipulated by the derivative assets of institutions that are too big to fail and can make as many losing bets as they want…until their fiat fails and they can’t anymore) stagnates at $58k…so that u could be the proud owner of more of the same fiat ($0 marginal cost of production) uv escaped by buying said asset (BTC)??…for me the decision is easy🌅
Just one idgit’s opinion 🤷🏽♂️
