Yup. The little I am writing, it's a text editor. A friend suggested Nisus Pro, so will investigate that.
But I am not sure any word processor will hold off AI/LLM and "training" indefinitely. We may be back with writing in text and seeing if any ebook program will convert it to a book for us. And then a paper book from there.
