It seems like a well thought out, even handed & even reluctant account of how accessibility to FOSS is hampered by certain able bodied groups of people. They used you as an example (but made it clear they shared values with you).
Don't know much about the background but they're not saying you're horrible or the worst person in the world. Stop being dramatic & read it again.
Their points about their lived experience & inaccessibility in certain fields is absolutely spot on. Here in the UK it's often white, posh people who inexplicably end up steering every ship & that culture very definitely impacts accessibility. This seems to be the crux of his piece.
