I like beefy cuts. So my preference is usually ny strip or picanha. Sometimes I would go for flat iron or hangers.
I occasionally eat ribeye. It’s not as dense. When I cook a 1.2 lb ribeye it feels like a 1 lb when I eat it. Not as filling as it looks. And I don’t like handling and cutting it. I think it’s overrated lol.
