Two different edits, but by now I just ordered a new physical copy & we'll see if that one has the proper subtitle options.
The 2h 20mins version is an extended cut from what I gather, though to be honest idk off hand what's extended exactly. Knowing both German & English I also think there's stuff said in the German dub which is either different or maybe translated in a way I would never translate it in the English dub.
In the 2 days since I posted about it I also started editing a subtitle file on my own end too, but I just don't have the motivation to continue writing it rn.
