I saw that you tried to set up your lighting wallet with primal (npub12vk…pugg) and had an issue with verification. That's odd. Did you get sent an email to the one you provided to Primal? A resource to check would be the timeline of miljan (npub16c0…6nvr), the CEO of primal. Maybe he can even point you to someone who can help.
There are also other wallets you can use. Phoenix is a good non-custodial lighting wallet app you can find on your mobile device and then you just have to put your lightning addy in your settings. But if you can get primal working, it's probably a little less complicated for now.
To get your "verification" blue check mark (NIP-05), the easiest way may be to use the check mark hosting sight by Derek Ross (npub18am…p424) at https://nostrplebs.com/. If you own your own domain name, you can use that but it takes a little work to make it happen. Ross is an amazing resource (and person) so you should definitely follow him if you don't.
Relays are basically the "nodes" that communicate with each other. Here is a list of free ones compiled by M. Dilger (npub1acg…p35c):
