News flash: yes, if there is probable cause you committed a crime, the Feds can get a judge to give them access to your emails, Twitter DMs, any cloud account they can get their hands on.
That’s not a 1st Amendment issue. That’s a 4th Amendment issue — and it’s constitutional.
