It's early days for #nostr but devs that are building and offering paid services need to take some level of accountability towards their paying users. Case in point being #nsecbunker on app.nsecbunker.com that offers a paid service to create and use an instance of #nsecbunker. However, upon trying multiple times, I was not able to get an instance running in spite of paying successfully. All efforts to reach out to the dev PABLOF7z (npub1l2v…ajft) to find some resolution have been unsuccessful. I can understand that he will be busy building this and other stuff but when you are offering a paid service and are happy to take sats from people, the least one can expect in return is some semblance of support towards paying customers. Wish devs would focus on providing true value to paying customers that also includes answering their questions to help them use the product as intended and not just focus on getting them to complete the purchase.
