I used to think honey was something healthy but the humility I’ve nurtured allowed to contest my beliefs and I learned it is actually just an insulin spike with no real benefit.
If you look at the list of government approved “healthy” things you will see a list of things that make you sick. An nih published study is not the flex you think it is.
