These votes both going down is a real pity. The family one was dragged asunder by the Care one.
But, really, the whole show was appallingly mismanaged. Even the practicallity of voting was awry. I was looking at two ballot papers without the question I was being asked to vote on in front of me.
Presumptious failures all over the place.
