SOME FIGHT WITH TANKS, OTHERS KILL WITH STAMPS.
Between 1933 and 1939 Hitler and the Nazi regime implemented numerous legislative changes that imposed totalitarian control. He was fast but still used the salami method, each time removing more freedoms.
I found it interesting to look at them, vis-à-vis the recent increased censorship pressure and regulatory creep. Just something to ponder on, not to draw conclusions.

2. Law for the Restoration of the Professional Civil Service (Apr 1933): Excluded Jews and political opponents from civil service positions.

10. Law on the Organization of National Labor (Jan 1934): Abolished trade unions and replaced them with the Nazi-controlled German Labor Front.
11. Hereditary Farm Law (1933): Prevented farms from being repossessed, benefiting farmers who supported the Nazi party.
