The infrastructure is hanging on by a wing and a prayer as it is right now. In my area we have had power issues where when the wind blows the power flickers thanks to them not being able to get replacement parts easily. For one part there is a 7 year long fucking waiting list so they've had to nigger rig the sub-station so we even have power.
That's just the power. Banking is even worse with their backend stuff running on Cobalt. The developers for Cobalt are literally dying because Cobalt hasn't been used in forever.
