We decided to check how far we could heat up out #BigGreenEgg after having another great dinner. 🤣
It heated up to 375°C (~710 F). I’m not sure if this is the maximum, but this is definitely all one could ever need for any meal there is. The maximum temperature I know required for food is 320°C (~610 F) for Turkish bread.
