Are they wanting it to be on the internet permanently? If they use nostr, the notes can be deleted in the future by the various relays... Unless they self host no guarantee that their notes will always be there.
As far as using nostr, I would just create a new profile in the name of the blog they want and only post blog stuff.
Only guarantee that the content will be permanent would be to self host it on WordPress with their own domain. You can purchase a domain privately
