I just started writing up next Tuesday's blog post, which is my grandfather's Christmas cake recipe. I used to visit him each Labour Weekend, and I'd help plant everything out in the vege garden, and also help make his Christmas cake.
He passed his recipe down to me before he died, and each year hubby and I make it in his honor. We then cut the huge cake up on Christmas day and give it to all the members of my family to take home.
