"content": "Chuck steaks are started. 24h at 136.5°f (medium). Each steak is about 12oz+-\n\n8 steaks in the bath.\n\nOther SV has 6 NY Strips. Started from frozen and 136°f (medium) for 8h.\n\nWhy do I have TWO SV's? \n\nTime!
