And you need one with some complexity because animals for instance always know (unless they have brain aberrations). So, you just have to take out parts of the brain. I heard there's this great surgery for it called prefrontal lobotomy. Although that might not be radical enough to buy such nonsense. Perhaps a brain amputation?
