Okay can anyone explain to me, or point me to information on how the #soundtransit park and rides work? I've parked at #northgate many times, but they have clear signage and a website. South #bellevue for example, is it free? Is there a time limit? Are there passes? Are those passes or assigned stalls ignored on the weekend?
