Phoenix uses Bolt-12 addresses. Only Phoenix have implemented Bolt-12. So, only Phoenix can use them. It maybe years until it's widely accepted by all lightning wallets. Bolt12 isn't compatible with nostr either. You can't zap to a Bolt-12 address. That's why everything is still using lnurlp.
