I didn't miss it. I think banning the statue is counter intuitive to your goals. The best way to win the culture war is creation of more churches, better communities, not turning your enemy into a martyr that puts extra attention on them, especially not through legal means. The biggest way the right sucks in this battle is by using politics and the law instead of talent and skill.
