I agree that they should be making life easier for those who pay. Incentives matter if you want to stay in business.
I still think piracy is wrong, but that's a separate issue.
I'm more forgiving of people who pay and then access in an unsupported way. At least they are paying. I've been forced to do this with textbook ereaders that simply didn't work. Support basically told me to fuck off so I did what I had to. That sort of shit is the incentive I mean. Some companies practically go out of their way to totally fuck their paying customers and it blows my mind.
