I hate animated gifs. For example, tri-color marking isn't complicated, but even knowing exactly how it works I can't follow an animated gif like this, and browsers, in general don't give any way to step through an animation. This just isn't how my brain works. Maybe everyone else's does and I should just crawl back into my hole.
