Fair guesses.
I found pics from when I made curried beans and I *think* it's the same sauce.
If so it has Allspice (pimento), nutmeg and cloves, cinnamon, ginger, cumin, coriander, star anise and turmeric. There was also chile.
Alas the pic is not enough to reproduce the proportions.
