At one point during the betas UITabBarController was updated such that its tab items ornament is hosted on its parent window scene, not on the tab view controller itself. This totally broke all my layouts with modal tab controllers, as now the ornament is placed underneath the modal in Z.

I don't see a fix for this beyond 'don't use a tab view’, which is really frustrating
