didn't take long for the rust4linux discourse to devolve into "why not just make a new kernel from scratch"
i can definitely get being extremely demotivated by the actions of some kernel developers (really shitty insecure takes imho), but i cant see the argument that we should just make a new kernel in rust (with blackjack and hookers presumably) as anything but bad faith shit stirring. Literally divide and conquer rhetoric
