It's actually not okay to tell someone that appears healthy to give up their seat on the bus for someone else. You don't know anything about them.
I look healthy. I mostly am, but I have IBS and if I wasn't giving up my seat on the bus for someone, it was because my stomach was on fire and standing was agony, but that didn't stop "good Samaritans" from yelling at me about it because there was an old person present.
My dad is old and he's still stronger than me so people can fuck off with their assumptions.
