I’ll go first!
Never make your bed after waking up. Pull blankets down & let your bed breathe for at minimum 1-2 hours. Making your bed immediately after walking will hold in the heat & moisture, which promotes mold growth, bacterial growth, & attracts dust mites helping them breed.
