I truly envy early risers. Since school has resume, i wake up with kids at 6am which give me the opportunity for a 10k before starting work day and this is great.
can't be more earlier thant that though :
no matter how silent i can be, i always wake up my wife. i think if i ever wake up at 3 to run, she kills me.
how do you manage your partner's sleep ?
