Well..
.you know, no one should be up at 5:34...it's just wrong and I'm going to be worn out all day from it..have 4 minutes until I have to get on the bike but I sure could use a day off..still really sore from the contortions of working on the car and I used biofreeze on to treat it last night and I may have to do it again this morning...but we'll see after the first ride...I do need to make some chicken masala for lunch to use up the chicken I thawed...more coffee first..good morning!
