I get a distinct feeling that RLM is talking about the nigger tax, though every so often it's obvious they're talking about an annoying fanboy who can't stop scrolling social media on his glaring phone through the entire movie.

BTW you can get people kicked from the theater for fuckin with their phone during the movie - at least in White areas.
