This is not an argument in favor of using X over Nostr. This is an acknowledgement of the reality that we face attracting users/creators/artists to come here and stay here. I believe Nostr is better by leaps and bounds. I also recognize that paying the bills and saving for the future is something everyone has to do.

Good example of what nostr is up against in appealing to people. Here’s a bitcoiner with 150K follower on X, posting content for a niche audience, earning $1200 every 2 weeks. Centralized and KYC, yes, but that’s a decent side hustle, and in some places that’s a full time income. How does nostr appeal to creators so they want to spend more time here?
