My ongoing grudge about the way in which the contributions of pioneering women are constantly elided in favor of the men who took credit is fueled by all the usual sources, but also the realization that if I'd been raised in an environment that correctly credited women for doing all the work in group projects while the other members cash in, I'd have realized some shit about myself -way- the fuck sooner.
