:blobcatverified2: (npub1xp9…amfw) OBS with AVC hardware encoding from the GPU. I'm going at 8000kbps (Twitch limits it to 6000, so the other 2000 don't matter) 1080p. Tried 60 and 30 fps, but when there's motion the stream gets blocky. All settings are on maximum. For bitrage I tried CBR and HQCBR
