I'm playing through Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League. When it had released and when I had watched it for the first time, I felt a bit mixed on the story. Now that I'm playing it myself I totally understand the premise and I'm enjoying it quite a bit. The only thing I feel mixed about is that it's the mainline Batman Arkham story and timeline. I could see why they decided to go with the Suicide Squad over a Justice League game. Technically, I believe the Arkham Batman games already reside in the DC universe as it is. So it gives the writers some creative license to do something like Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League. Hopefully this opens the door for Rocksteady to make more DC games.
Now I haven't completed the story nor anything DLC related but from what I've heard, the end game is a little rough with grinding. The always online requirement is also a little ridiculous. Overall, I'm enjoying the game a good amount. For what it is, I think I got it at a steal for the discount I paid. That and I might not be so favorable to the game once I'm finished with it. Who knows? I might write more about the game after I'm done. 🤷♂️
