that's some seriously selective russian propaganda right there. To expand: takes Russian PR at face value, ignores Russia's statements of intent to invade Ukraine, ignores Russia's crimes, Ignores Ukraine's sovereignty (this is the same as swallowing Russian PR whole), ignores Russia's failure to take Kyiv (we only wanted to say hi says Putin, basically). It's just Russian PR. One shouldn't believe what the US says while invading Iraq and one shouldln't believe Putin
