"content": "#[0] Oakland has protected bike lanes running in between the sidewalk and several restaurant \"parklets\" on Telegraph Ave in Temescal. It's not a great situation, but maybe not as bad as you'd think. (I've usually ridden there during daylight hours, so it may be more problematic for diners, waitstaff and cyclists in the evenings when the restaurants are busier.)",
