3 is plain false. Due to BTC’s transparent nature over the public ledger, if a wallet is deemed as malicious by an authority such as the feds or an exchange, they can flag the BTC is “dirty”. Exchanges may not accept it, or even worse, just steal it from you and hand your PII (that you willingly gave up through KYC) to the feds. Once flagged (CENSORED), coins become a helluva lot less valuable.
