As someone who's recently become involved with a local non-profit that's advocating for better active transportation infrastructure in our community, I've gotta say that Guilbeault's remarks that (according to this article) "ignited a countrywide frenzy among premiers and media commentators angry over a perceived threat to the dominance of cars in Canadian society," warmed the cockles of my heart. 😆 🚴 💪
