The new guy I'm training says it's too much work to do seven minute patrols every 15 minutes (2 hours of walking during an 8 hour shift/ 6 hours of sitting down) and that he's exhausted because he's too old for this (30/ 16 years younger than me). He's also too scared to get into a fight because "he has a kid to think about".
