Woke up and remembered to take a zicam. Multiple folks at work are sick, or their family members are sick. I felt a bit light-headed yesterday and meant to take some but forgot. Does zicam really help my immune system? Not sure. 🤔 But I imagine it can’t hurt. 🤷🏽♀️ Stay safe and healthy out there, folks. 🙏 💪🏾
