For those of you who take vitamin D supplements, do you also take K2? Do you get your blood level checked?
My level of D is low and the doctor prescribed 50,000IU D2 weekly capsule but I'm afraid to take it. The level of calcium in my blood is always on the high end, sometimes even outside of the normal range.
Wondering if anyone adds K2 to their regime to help Calcium get out of the blood and if it works.
