yep Wolverine's going to be pissed when he wakes up and Batman's going to be sushi. They try to say Batman's like the smartest man in the world because he's the best detective but they used to call Lex Luthor the smartest man in the world too so who knows. He has a plan for everything and he's going to need to have one now to deal with Wolverine which he probably doesn't have because Wolverine's Marvel not DC so he wouldn't know about him to make a plan.
