This entire system is unnecessary and the whole thing is a last ditch attempt to try to stay relevant.
They really need a consulting firm to come tell them the harsh truth that their industry is dying and that they need to pivot completely.
Whichever architects got paid to put this together should be ashamed of themselves. I can see it's all advertising and data companies as part of their "alliance" or whatever it's called.
