You know how people say that 'Myspace' and 'AOL' are dead? They're still around. People still use them.
But for all practical purposes — they're dead.
They're not used by nearly as many people as they were in their heyday and if they went away completely, it wouldn't be that big of a deal.
AI is going to be like that in the not too distant future. People will make jokes about AI like they did about Myspace.
