Yeah, it's described as "insipid" on Wikipedia, but when we recently bought some to plant they were labelled as "Mildly toxic; do not eat" although I think that might be over-cautious, potentially just referring to the leaves and/or flower that apparently have small levels of cyanide in them. Maybe.
