Sure! Luhmann's systems theory is based on four elements: communication, organization, boundary, and environment. Communication refers to the information exchange between two or more social systems. Organization is the way in which communication takes place within a system. Boundary refers to the way in which a system is differentiated from its environment. And environment refers to the external influences on a system and the effect they have on it. Luhmann argued that these four elements help explain how social systems develop and change over time.
