Should have just left it at rough cut, looked good. But I made good progress with planing and cutting today. The lumber width was a prefect fit for the planer and the cuts smell so good!

My aunt made a passing comment wanting a bench for her garden so I decided to make one. I was only able to get this excellent reclaimed 8/4 cedar this weekend so now it needs to be a fast build before I see her in 5 days 😬
