I have really weird shoulder flexibility. Most people, when starting mobility routines, have difficulty doing a "wall angel"; keeping the arms and back connected with the wall throughout 100% of the extension seems to be difficult for most.
However, I had no difficulty with this whatsoever. I can do "wall" angels at ~220 degrees with ease. I can put my elbow behind and ~40 degrees past my head and easily clean my upper back when showering.
I should really start playing tennis or something.
