I feel like I'm constantly going, going and then crash, so I'm always afraid of something like this happening to me. That's why I often take breaks from it all. I mean, I might not even login to social media or anything at all for a few days, and even take trips or get together with others. I cannot do that all them time, else I'd never get anything done.
